Good news after my last post! I weighed myself this morning and I had lost a little bit! I'm now 78.9kg! Furthermore, in my quest to cheer myself up I measured myself again and I have lost a couple more cm!

Wednesday I tried to go for a run but the track was closed and I had to run up and down 100m until I got bored (approx 12 minutes). SO, I decided to try tennis lessons! Those of you who remember my sporting prowess at school may laugh heartily at this but seeing as I proved all my language teachers wrong by learning Italian, who knows if I may manage to return a serve in tennis after a few hours of lessons? I have my first lesson tomorrow, and i must admit I'm looking forward to it!
I heard a TOP TIP today from a doctor who is a student of mine, you must eat 5 times a day MINIMUM, otherwise your metabolism goes to sleep and tries to store the calories if you eat less... don't know how much truth there is in it but I LIKE IT!!
